H1B Visa Quota Update

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has updated the count of H1B petitions received and counted towards the current 65,000 cap.

64,200 H1B visa cap subject petitions have been filed with the USCIS.

USCIS will continue to accept new applications until a sufficient number of H1B petitions have been received to reach the annual limits.

In just the last few weeks the H1B market has witnessed a very dramatic and positive turn round (over 15,000 new H1B's filed since October). H1B jobs are available now, H1B employers are hiring now.
